Setup
Your club, one team, its roster.
We set it up with you. Bring the roster however you have it: photograph the printed list, paste it from a spreadsheet or type the names. Your 10-day free trial starts here, not when you ask.
First practice
A coach presses record.
In the Coach Sidekick iPhone app, or by uploading a recording from any device afterwards. Then they coach the way they normally do.
After practice
Notes, ready to check.
The coach gets a Debrief on the session and notes for the players they spoke to, each with the words it came from. Nothing reaches a player or a family until the coach approves it.

We walk you through it.
On a second call we go through what the coach, the players, their families and you received, from your own team's practice.

You decide.
Keep going or stop. You don't need a card to start, and nothing is charged unless you choose to continue.
Before you ask.
- What does the trial include?
- Your 10-day free trial starts when your workspace is activated, not when you submit an application. Record, review and release feedback with your coaches. No credit card is required, and recording a session does not restart the trial. We confirm your start and end dates during onboarding.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- To continue after the trial, a club admin chooses a plan in club settings: All-Access at $45 per player per year (minimum $1,500) with the family plan for every player, or the Club plan at $600 per year for up to 5 teams plus $100 per extra team. Plans are yearly, paid by card or bank account. Cancel any time from the billing page; access continues until the end of the year you paid for. Applying or letting your trial expire never charges you.
- Who is it for?
- Youth soccer clubs and academies in the US, from a single team to a whole club. Directors, head coaches and coaches are all welcome to ask. If you are a coach, we will want to bring in whoever runs coaching at your club.
- How much work is it for my coaches?
- Recording is a button on their phone. After the session they check the notes before anything is released, which most coaches do in one sitting. Nothing reaches a family until they approve it.
- How are young players' data handled?
- Audio, transcripts and notes are stored in the US and encrypted in transit and at rest. When a player's date of birth shows they are under 13, their audio is not transcribed or analyzed until a verifiable parental consent is recorded. How we handle young players' data.
