What your team has been coached on, and what it hasn't.
Team Intelligence puts a team's recorded coaching and the coach's own reads side by side for planning: a brief, a lineup, the balance of reads by position, and the next opponent beside your recent coaching.

Coached topics to consider
Pre-Receive Scanning
9 of 12 eligible players · 14 notes · 4 recorded practices
Recurring coached topic · 5 players with cues in more than one practice
6 positive · 7 corrective · 1 neutral. These describe the feedback, not successful or failed attempts.
11-a-side chosen for U16; change it if your league plays differently.
11 of 11 slots filled · 11 by primary position · 2 of the 11 placed without current reads
Each marker shows how many current coach reads a player has; a dashed ring means none yet. No marker carries a band.
Your selection, for planning. It says nothing about who has played together or how this formation will perform.
| Midfield | Pre-Receive Scanning | Switching the Point of Attack | First Touch, Open Body |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ella | At level | Below level | At level |
| Mateo | Above level | No read | At level |
| Priya | Not yet assessed | At level | No read |
One mark per player: the band you authored, nothing averaged. Bands are qualitative and not standardized for a team comparison. Update date is not observation date.
When they lose it
their transition to defence · the report's words
Their full-backs push on and stay high. When it turns over, the far side is open for a few seconds.
Exploit: switch it early into the space behind the full-back.

Our reads describe our players. They are not a measured matchup with this opponent. Nothing here scores the matchup or pairs a threat with a player.
Example team. Team Intelligence is on the web.
What it won't do.
Judge a player's ability.
Recorded coaching shows what was coached, not how good a player is. Ability is the coach's call, and coach reads stay the coach's.
Average your reads.
One mark per player for each skill: the one the coach wrote, nothing averaged, with the date it was last updated.
Score a matchup.
Their play sits beside your recent coaching and your reads. Nothing pairs a threat with one of your players or predicts a result.
Treat a missing note as a weakness.
If something wasn't coached or hasn't been assessed, it says so in those words.
From a gap to the next session.
When something stands out in the Brief, the Balance or against an opponent, choose it as a focus. Team Intelligence suggests activities from the drill library with a reviewed match to that skill, and you copy the one you choose into your plan.
Questions about Team Intelligence
- Where is it?
- On the web, in the coach sidebar, for each of their teams. It works in a phone's browser too.
- What does it need?
- Recorded practices you've reviewed, and the reads you write on players. The more of the season is on the record, the more it can show.
- Where do opponent reports come from?
- Your own scouting in Opponent prep; your reports are private to you. If you haven't watched a team yet, pick one of 11 opponent types instead; the page labels it as a type, not an observation.
- Can players and parents see it?
- No. A coach can choose to share the opponent types with a team's players and parents, off by default: they see the descriptions only, never your reads, lineups or a scouted report.
