Common questions

How does pricing work?
One plan with every feature. You pay by the number of teams you run, and every team costs a little less than the last, from $85 down to $60 per team each month. Billed monthly, or annually for two months free.
Is there a free trial?
Every academy starts with a 14-day trial of the full platform. No credit card up front. Andrew and Hunter onboard you personally, so you are set up before the clock starts.
Are there tiers or feature gates?
No. Every paid account gets everything, coach tools and director analytics alike. The only thing that changes your price is how many teams you run.
What counts as a team?
An active team in your organization. Teams you archive or fold do not count toward your total, and we count at renewal, so a mid-season change never triggers a surprise bill.
What is the Family Hub add-on?
A private, coach-approved development feed for players' families, priced at $20 per team per month. It is included free during our beta while we finish building it out.
How long does it take to process a session?
Most sessions are fully processed in under 15 minutes. You upload the audio, and Coach Sidekick handles transcription, player attribution, and feedback categorization automatically.
Do I need special equipment to record?
No. Your phone works. Any device that can record audio and upload a file is enough. A clip-on microphone helps outdoors, but it is not required to get started.
Can players see feedback before I approve it?
No. Every piece of feedback goes through your review first. You can edit, reassign, or remove anything before releasing it to players.
What if prices change?
We commit to at least 30 days written notice before any billing change to your plan.
