On the Club plan, your club earns 15% of every family plan as credit on its next invoice, or 10% paid by bank transfer. Once 20% of your families are on the plan, each extra team drops to $50 a year.

How does pricing work?
Choose one of two plans. All-Access is $45 per player per year and includes the family plan for every player, so families never see a paywall. The Club plan is $600 per year for up to 5 teams plus $100 per extra team, and families will be able to add the family plan themselves soon. Both include everything coaches use. The Director Suite and Scouting are optional add-ons.
Which plan should we choose?
For competitive clubs we recommend All-Access, folded into registration fees, so it never touches the club's operating budget. At $45 per player it is a small part of a typical registration fee. The Club plan suits smaller and recreational clubs that would rather keep a low fixed fee and let families decide.
Do we pay per coach?
No. Every coach, assistant and director at your club is included. All-Access is priced per player and the Club plan per team, so adding staff never changes the price.
Is there a free trial?
Your 10-day free trial starts when your workspace is activated, not when you submit an application. Record, review and release feedback with your coaches. No credit card is required, and recording a session does not restart the trial. We confirm your start and end dates during onboarding.
What happens when my trial ends?
To continue after the trial, a club admin chooses a plan in club settings: All-Access at $45 per player per year (minimum $1,500) with the family plan for every player, or the Club plan at $600 per year for up to 5 teams plus $100 per extra team. Plans are yearly, paid by card or bank account. Cancel any time from the billing page; access continues until the end of the year you paid for. Applying or letting your trial expire never charges you.

The coach's recap and notes after every session, written for their child, plus full control of consent and privacy. They stay free on every plan while your club uses Coach Sidekick, and we'll give at least 30 days' notice before changing what's included free.

The family plan is the part that helps at home: this week's at-home plan, drills that say what to watch for and how you can help, a monthly development report with a PDF to keep, and a practice log. With All-Access, your club covers it for every player. On the Club plan, parents will be able to add it soon: one family plan covering their children, $99 a year for one child, $149 for two, $199 for three or more (or $12, $18 or $24 a month).

What are the Director Suite and Scouting?
The Director Suite ($100 per team per year) adds coach activity at a glance with a drilldown for every coach, team health and alerts, curriculum alignment, player growth across every team, a feed of new Debriefs, each coach's trends over time, a weekly club report in your inbox, and coach evaluations by your own evaluators (we switch them on with you). Scouting ($500 per year, 40 scouting recordings included) adds opponent reports you can print or share, a prospects board with dossiers, side-by-side comparison of up to four players, and staff tiers. Add either one at any time; you pay the prorated amount for the rest of the year.
What counts as a team?
Any team roster in your club. A roster of more than 22 players counts as two teams. Teams you add during the year are prorated; teams you remove come off at renewal.
Is there a limit on recording?
Each team can record up to 3 sessions a week, and each recording is processed for up to 150 minutes. That covers how clubs actually train and play; nobody is billed per recording.
Can players see feedback before I approve it?
No. Every piece of feedback goes through your review first. You can edit, reassign, or remove anything before releasing it to players and families.
What if prices change?
We give at least 60 days written notice before any change to the price of a plan you already have.
