Draw the move. Then play it.

Tactics boards are step-by-step animations. Place the players, draw each step, play it back, export it, and put it in front of your players on the drills it belongs to.

Every step, in order.

A real board from the tactics editor: seven attackers switch the point of attack against five. It plays through once; start it again from any step.

Steps

The board and its timings come from the tactics engine. Players are a demo team.

On the player's drill, too.

When a drill has a board, players see it on their drill card, beside what to focus on, so the pattern they practised at training is the one they look at at home.

Only boards the coach drew, or drafts the coach approved, ever reach a player.

Switching the Point of Attack: 7v5

The same board, as a player sees it on a drill. Demo player.

A first draft, from the drill itself.

For a drill that has no board yet, Coach Sidekick can draft the animation from the drill's own description. The draft waits for the coach to approve or reject it, and players never see it until then.

Questions about tactics boards

Where do I build boards?
In the Tactics library on the web. Each board is a set of steps you can play back in order or full screen.
What can I export?
A PNG of the board, or a GIF of the whole animation once it has steps, ready for a group chat or a printed plan.
Can I play a board full screen?
Yes. A board with steps plays back full screen, step by step, for a team talk or a screen at the field.
Can I start from a lineup?
Yes. A lineup saved in Team Intelligence opens on the tactics board, players already in place.
Do players ever see a draft the coach hasn't checked?
No. Players only see boards the coach drew, or drafts the coach approved.
