What's new
What we've shipped.
Coach Sidekick is built in the open with our founding academies. Here is the platform as it stands today, newest first.
Founding Cohort · Limited spots
Founding academies are early-access partners who help decide what we build next. We're keeping the cohort small and taking applications now.
- Platform
A site that shows the work
We rebuilt this site with scroll-driven storytelling, a live feedback-journey animation, and four product deep-dive pages: the Feedback Engine, Coach Development, Player Development, and the Drill Library and Skill Atlas. You can now see how the platform actually works before you ever sign up.
- Coaching
The Session Debrief
Coaches now get a private reflection after each session. The Debrief mirrors back the patterns in your own coaching, built only from the feedback you approved. It is a mirror, not a grade: no score, no ranking against other coaches, just a clearer view of what actually happened so you can adjust before the next session.
- Drills & taxonomy
The Skill Atlas and a 168-skill taxonomy
We expanded the skill taxonomy to 168 skills across four domains and shipped the Skill Atlas to browse it: every skill, the game moments where it shows up, the higher-order composites that connect them, and the drills that train each one. It is the same vocabulary the system uses to attribute feedback and match drills, so feedback and drills always speak one language.
- Drills & taxonomy
357 drills, every one tagged
The drill library reached 357 drills, each tagged to the skills it builds, the game moments it fits, and the difficulty and player count it suits. Filter by any of them, or start from a skill and find every drill that trains it.
- Tactics
Tactics board with animation export
Sketch a formation or a play on the tactics board, animate it step by step, and export it as an image or a replayable GIF to hand to your team. The same engine renders the animated drills in the library, so your boards and your drills share one visual language.
- Coaching
Personal coaching analytics
See how your attention distributed across your roster, which feedback categories you leaned on (tactical, technical, physical, positional, motivational, and general), and how that shifts from session to session. All of it derives from the feedback you approved, nothing else.
- Players
Player development records
Every player gets a development record: their full feedback history, the drills matched to it and which ones they completed, the skills they have worked on, and how their focus areas trend over time. When a player logs a drill, the coach sees it, so the next session's feedback can build on it.
- Platform
The feedback engine
Record a practice or match and Coach Sidekick transcribes it, attributes each piece of feedback to the player it was meant for, categorizes it, and routes it through a coach review gate. Nothing reaches a player until a coach approves it. Then it becomes a personalized digest with matched drills.

We are onboarding a small founding cohort of academies. Founding academies shape what ships next and keep a permanently locked rate.
