Coaches record a full session from their phone, with the recording on the lock screen so it keeps going in a pocket, and uploads that pick up where they left off on a patchy field connection. Families get their child's sessions, the coach's notes and their drills in the same app.

Family privacy controls
From the Family Hub, a parent or guardian can review what we hold about their child, see the consent history, withdraw consent and request deletion, without emailing anyone. By default, families get an email whenever their child's coach releases new notes.

Scheduled exports, attendance and guest players
Directors can schedule a weekly export to land in their inbox. Coaches can take attendance for a session, so who they reached is counted against who was actually there, and can add a guest player for a single session.

Every note shows its source
Anything Coach Sidekick says about a player carries the coach's own words, quoted, from the session they were said in, with the moment of audio they came from.

Monthly parent reports and the Family Hub
Each month, Coach Sidekick drafts a report for every family from the notes their child's coach approved. The coach reads and approves it before it goes out. Parents read it, along with session notes and drills, in the Family Hub.
