Who each coach reached.
Every recorded session shows which players heard from their coach directly. With the Director Suite, when a team's reach drops below 60% in a week, it's flagged.
How they coached.
Coaches get a Debrief after every session. With the Director Suite, directors can read them unless your club keeps them private to each coach, and every Debrief tells the coach which way it's set.
The evidence behind it.
Each mark in a Debrief opens the coach's own words from the session. You talk to a coach about what was said, not about a score.
See player growth across every team in your club, from each coach's own reads: who's growing, and where a read hasn't moved while the coach has been working on it. Each team opens to its growth grid.
It also shows the teams where players haven't been read yet, so growth can't show there yet. That's where to start. Teams are listed by name, with no scores and no ranking of teams or coaches.

Coaches plan from ready-made curricula, or write their own plan. After each session, the Debrief shows how the coaching lined up with that plan. It's a curriculum that lives on the pitch, not in a binder.
